Website for medical practices

Your practice website – so the phone gets a break.

A website for medical practices that shows patients what matters straight away: opening hours, services, directions – and free appointments. As a well-planned package, hosted in Germany and run by us for good.

What practices need online. And what they don't.

No image films, no advertising promises. Patients look for three things – and they need to find them in seconds.

01

Opening hours & directions

The most common question at the front desk – answered before anyone calls. With parking, buses and step-free access.

02

Booking online

Patients book when they have time: in the evening, at the weekend, over lunch. Your front desk gets room to breathe.

03

Professional and compliant

A calm presence without promises of cure, a legal notice with chamber details and data protection under the GDPR.

Practice package

A package that's already thought through.

Practices have remarkably similar needs. So we worked out the structure and features once, properly – and you pay less than for a completely new concept.

€600+ €20 / month · plus VAT
€100 less than a new concept
  • 2–5 pages: practice, team, services, hours & directions, contactExactly what patients look for. More pages make the search longer, not better.
  • Online bookingWith your own calendar or a provider such as Doctolib. Appointments come in outside phone hours – and the front desk gets quieter.
  • Map & directionsEmbedded with privacy in mind: the map only loads after consent. Parking and step-free access sit right next to it.
  • Contact formFor general questions without a call. Health data doesn't belong in a website form – and the form says so clearly.
  • Design in your practice's coloursWe design around your logo and colours: calm, easy to read, also for older patients.
  • Hosting in Germany, SSL and updatesThe website runs without anyone at the practice having to look after it.

Medical practices in detail

What a practice website has to do

A website for medical practices has a surprisingly clear job: answer questions before the phone rings. When are consulting hours? Are you taking new patients? Where do I park, and is there a lift? Who will treat me? When patients find these answers on their phone within seconds, the front desk feels it – and patients arrive better prepared.

That's why the practice package has exactly the pages patients look for: practice, team, services, hours & directions and contact. No page that exists only because it can be billed. Opening hours appear on every page, and notes about holidays or a covering colleague can be shown as a banner at the top – so nobody stands in front of a locked door.

Online booking: your own calendar or a provider

There are two ways to take bookings. A provider such as Doctolib brings text or email reminders, an app for patients and its own reach, but charges a monthly fee. Your own calendar keeps all data in your practice and needs no extra contract, but does a little less.

We connect either cleanly: as a button that leads to the booking page, or as a widget embedded on your website. Which suits you depends on your speciality, your appointment types and your practice software. We settle that in the first call, before we build anything – not afterwards.

Data protection without the headache

Health data enjoys special protection. So your website does without anything that collects data for no good reason. It runs on servers in Germany, and nothing is tracked before someone agrees. The map and the booking widget are third-party content: they only load once patients consent. Until then, a note with a link to the booking page sits in their place – so appointments can be booked without consent, too.

The contact form is meant for general questions and says so. Findings, referrals or questions about symptoms belong in a secure channel your practice already uses. A booking provider needs a data processing agreement; we show you what your privacy policy has to say about it.

Readable for every patient

Your patients are as varied as your waiting room: the student with the latest phone, the pensioner with reading glasses, the parent with a child on one arm and one hand free. So we use large, legible type, strong contrast, buttons you can hit with an unsteady thumb, and navigation that works without a mouse. Phone number and address are tappable, so nobody has to copy them down.

That's not an add-on but part of the package. A website that only looks good on the agency's screen doesn't help your patients.

After launch

A practice website is never quite finished: hours change, the team grows, summer brings holidays. That's why we keep running the website after launch – with hosting, security updates and monitoring. You send changes such as new hours or a holiday notice by email, and we usually make them within 1–2 working days. How we build and run websites in general is explained on the website development page. And whether the package suits your practice is best settled in a free first call.

Frequently asked questions.

Doctolib or our own calendar – which suits us?

A provider such as Doctolib brings reminders, a patient app and its own reach, but charges a monthly fee. Your own calendar keeps the data in the practice and needs no extra contract. We can connect either and recommend one in the first call, based on your appointment types.

Is online booking GDPR compliant?

It can be – if it's embedded properly. Our booking widget only loads after consent, and you sign a data processing agreement with the provider. Without consent, a link leads straight to the booking page.

Can patients send documents through the website?

We advise against it. Findings and other health data don't belong in a website form. Use the secure channel your practice already has – the website points to it.

How do we change opening hours or holiday closures?

A short email to us is enough; we usually make the change within 1–2 working days. If you'd rather edit yourself, a simple content editor can be added – the calculator below shows what it costs.

We're several doctors or have two locations – does the package cover that?

Several doctors fit well on the package's team page. A second location usually needs its own pages for hours and directions; the calculator shows the cost under “How many pages, roughly?”.
